JULY 1, 2009 – A vehicle rolled over on Highway 50 near rural Pollock Pines, killing the driver, authorities said. The vehicle was traveling westbound near Alder Creek Road when the accident occurred about 3:45 p.m., according to the California Highway Patrol. The CHP is investigating the crash.
