ALABAMA — After a week long trial, a jury has awarded $15 million to a group of four plaintiffs who were involved in a fatal accident on May 2, 2007, in which a BP gas station sold alcohol to a group of minors. Drew Robertson, 13, was killed in the crash. Prior to the crash, Robertson had ben part of a group that went to the 14th Street BP in Bessemer, Alabama to purchase alcohol. The gas station initially denied ever making the sale to the group of minors.
